1. What VOCPK is

VOCPK is a platform where members of the public share their own opinions and experiences about brands, shops, and services. Reviews reflect the personal views of the people who wrote them. They are not the views of VOCPK, and we do not independently verify every claim in a review.

2. Your content

When you post a review or add a brand, you agree that:

• your review is based on your own genuine experience;
• you will not post anything false, deliberately misleading, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful;
• you will not post spam, advertising, or content that isn't your own;
• you grant VOCPK a licence to display, store and moderate your content.

3. Moderation

All brands and reviews are checked before they appear, and we may edit, reject, or remove any content at our discretion — including content that breaks these terms or that is the subject of a valid complaint.

4. For businesses and complaints

If you are a business and believe a review about you is false or breaches these terms, please contact us with details. We aim to review genuine complaints promptly and will remove content that we determine to be false or unlawful.

5. No liability

VOCPK is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the accuracy of user reviews or for any loss arising from your use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
